About Pacct

What is Pacct?

Pacct is a voice-based negotiation trainer. You negotiate out loud, in your browser, against an AI counterpart that has its own agenda, pushes back, stalls and pressures. Afterwards you get a debrief on what you said and how you said it, scored on six skills, with your own words quoted as evidence.

Who is Pacct for?

Two kinds of people. Those who negotiate a few times a year and feel it: a salary offer, a vendor renewal, a lease, a term sheet. And teams in sales and procurement who negotiate every day and want reps that cost nothing to lose. The free baseline is the same for both.

How does a session work?

You pick a table, read the brief, and start talking. The AI counterpart answers in its own voice within about a second, holds a hidden floor, and presses where you sound least sure. When the table ends you get a debrief: your strength, the habit that costs you money, and the recording to prove it.

How is this different from a book, a course or a coach?

It is not a replacement for them. Theory tells you what should work. Pacct is where you find out whether it survives contact with a counterpart who wants your money, as often as you like, with a debrief each time. Pacct is built to sit alongside whatever training you already do.

Why not just role-play with a colleague?

Because colleagues are polite. Nobody pushes, nobody stalls, nobody says “final offer” and means it. The AI counterpart does, and it plays the same way for everyone, so your tenth attempt is measured against the same opponent as your first.

Will I negotiate better after using Pacct?

Pacct does not promise outcomes. What it does is measure what you say and how you say it, show you the moments that mattered, and give you a place to repeat them until the habit changes. What happens at your real table is yours.

Which languages does Pacct support?

English and German. Every lecture, drill and counterpart exists in both, and you can switch at any time.

Practice and the debrief

What can I practise?

Fourteen public tables, from a salary offer to a supplier squeeze: raises, renewals, procurement, a term sheet, a landlord. Each counterpart has its own agenda, temper and floor, and comes in three levels, from forgiving to punishing. On Pro you can also describe a negotiation you actually have coming up and get a counterpart built for it.

All the scenarios

What are the six skills?

Listening, Information Discovery, Emotional Awareness, Questioning, Commercial Discipline and Composure. Every table, every drill and every analysis of a real conversation is scored on the same six, so your baseline and your progress mean the same thing throughout.

Is there any theory, or only practice?

Fifteen techniques across the six skills, each a four-minute narrated lecture followed by a five-rep voice drill: a prompt, your answer out loud, immediate feedback. Your baseline decides the order, so the skill that costs you most comes first.

The lectures and drills

Can Pacct help me prepare a real negotiation?

Yes. Paste what you have, an offer, a contract, an email thread, and answer a few questions about deadlines, constraints and what you can trade. Pacct writes your plan with an opening, a walk-away and the questions to ask, in one to two minutes, and builds a table to rehearse it.

Plan a negotiation

Can I analyse a negotiation I already had?

Yes. Upload a recording or record a call. It is transcribed and read against the same six skills as the practice tables, and you get back your words, your moments and what to do in the next conversation. The other party is never rated. You confirm that everyone in the room agreed to the recording before anything is stored.

Plans and pricing

What is free?

The baseline assessment: three minutes at a table against an AI counterpart, then a debrief across the six skills that you keep. No card, no setup.

What does Pacct cost?

Pro is €49 a month with 300 voice minutes, or €19 a week with 75 minutes for the negotiation that is next week. The launch pass is €49 once for three months of Pro with 600 minutes. If you only need minutes, packs of 60, 300 or 1,000 start at €15 and never expire. Teams are priced on request.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, in two clicks. Monthly renews monthly, weekly renews weekly, and the launch pass is paid once and never renews. Minute packs do not expire.

What are voice minutes?

The time you spend talking at a table or in a drill. Reading a lecture, planning a negotiation or reading a debrief does not use them. Each plan comes with a monthly or weekly allowance, and packs top it up.

Privacy and data

Where are my recordings stored?

Pacct runs from Switzerland and stores your account, recordings, transcripts, evaluations and profile on servers in Frankfurt, Germany. During a live session the audio goes to our speech and AI providers for processing, which can be in the United States, for the duration of that processing only.

The privacy policy

Are my recordings used to train AI models?

No. Your recordings, transcripts and evaluations are not used to train AI models, not ours and not our vendors', and we do not license them to anyone for that purpose.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Deleting a session deletes its recording, transcript, measurements and evaluation. Deleting your account deletes or irreversibly anonymises your personal data within 30 days, except what billing law requires us to keep.

If my employer gives me a seat, what can they see?

That your seat exists and is in use, which trainings were assigned to you and whether you completed them, your practice activity, and results aggregated across at least five people. Not your scores, your written feedback, your recordings or your transcripts. When a seat ends, you keep your account, your recordings and your progress.
